Unsolicited opinion: After exercise and diet, sleep and sun exposure are two of the most crucial factors for overall well-being that are within your control. Fixing both can significantly reduce fatigue. Personally, I notice that on days when I wake up well-rested and get morning sunlight, my mood and energy levels are noticeably better.

I’d recommend taking a week off sleep supplements to reset to your baseline. Then, commit to sleepmaxxing for two weeks: take the supplements, stick to a consistent bedtime, avoid screens and food 2 hours before bed, and prioritize quality sleep. After that, you can assess whether it makes a meaningful difference. If not, you can always revert to your current routine.

I've read that bisexuals are more likely to be hypermobile. I'm sorry you struggle with IBS, bro. I have a close friend who has it, and it's absolutely brutal.I appreciate your non-hyper-optimized retard approach to anti-aging, and I'll look into the things you mentioned. 👌🏿

I think you are not supposed to take melatonin every time you go to bed. It fucks you up permanently. Also what dosage are you taking?

Pretty low, like 1.5mg.

What do you think of those who have negative opinions on carbohydrates? It sounds like you are what they would call a “grain brain”

P.S. are there any drugs you have used or avoid?

I take zero drugs and have only drank alcohol once on accident. No strong opinion on macro balance and health.

How old was your father when he conceived you? Out of curiosity. Also, I tried Soylent once and it tasted bad. Why not just drink protein shakes or something? Taste better and better macros

lol. My dad was 40 and I think his before him was 35. Im mutational loads strongest soldier. I think I got lucky though, I don’t have bendy knees and IBS, but I am a head shorter than my dad and probably 1SD lower IQ (he scored 141 on a school administered IQ test, and did very well on the SAT and ASVAB)

Sleep sup stack is good and collagen probably good given your joint pain but mostly overkill on the rest of the sups. Improving your sleep would be better than all of those (non-sleep) sups. Soy isoflavones a non-issue unless megadosing (contra claims of scientifically illiterate rightwingers). You will throw out most of those sups after experimenting. Only thing i would potentially add is dha/epa.

Thanks for the write up. Any thoughts on avoiding sugar?

I've only noticed that overconsuming it makes me feel bloated. Otherwise it feels fine in small doses.

I know quite a few friends into life-extension protocols who have almost completely eliminated sugar from their diets and have been wondering what the data says about sugar and anti-aging. Personally, I find I just can't eliminate it from my diet as I have too much of a sweet tooth.
